DEPOSITS:

*$50 NON-refundable deposit is required for EVERY appointment excluding customization (35$ deposit).

  • NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT

  • Deposit can be paid via Debit/Credit card! Card must be on file!

  • The deposit goes towards the total price & you can pay the remainder balance CASH or debit card for 3$ processing fee! (I do not have change so please bring the specific amount!

HAIR DROP OFF:

You will receive a confirmation email up to 24 hours after your appointment. If your lace is not dropped off by 3 days before your appointment, you will be inducted a $35 inconvenience/same day customization fee (NO EXCEPTIONS)!

PLEASE TEXT ME PRIOR TO DROPPING OFF THE HAIR! DO NOT LEAVE IT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR OR HAND IT TO ANYONE BUT ME (Rose aka Slaybymielta):(excluding clear instructions to do so)

  • Drop offs: MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:00pm- 9:00PM (Name and appointment type in bag!!) SOMETIMES I WILL BE OUT MY SUITE FOR A LUNCH BREAK OR SOMETHING ELSE SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK IN WITH ME 24 HOURS BEFORE SO WE CAN AVOID ANY ISSUES PRIOR TO DRIVING AND COMING TO THE STUDIO.

EXTRAS:

Hair must be washed if it doesn’t apply to specific services under description, FULLY BLOWDRIED, and without any OILS or dandruff.(25$ fee if not followed)

ANY WIG REINSTALLATIONS SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY GLUE ON THE LACE AND MUST BE WASHED AND DRIED. NO WET WIGS OR BUNDLES PLEASE! 25$ fee!(NO EXCEPTIONS)


I have no problem with rescheduling (within 30 days or new deposit is required) or canceling an appointment so no call no shows will not be acceptable and you will be blocked from future bookings and a fee of 50$ will be charged to card on file. Please respect my time. Your appointment could’ve went to someone else.

Give yourself extra time to look for parking! After 10 minutes you will be charged a 20$ late fee.

No extra people(ask me first if needed to be accompanied), unless being serviced and no food, unless snacks and water!

After you click confirm and book, you may not change your appointment type, if we cannot come to an alternative date, I will deny you and cancel your appointment and deposits are non refundable so please choose correctly!


If you must reschedule you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment(within 30 days or new deposit is required) or you will be charged 50$.

Cancellation fee is 100$

Squeeze in fee $50

Last Minute/Emergency appointment is 50$ extra (Text me for squeeze ins @ 781-269-2116)
